I paint for the woman who has been through the fire, and who is finding her way back to herself.

I’ve been open about my mother’s mental health challenges, and about living through undiagnosed postnatal depression myself. Now, in perimenopause and after divorce, I know how much it matters to feel seen.

I work intuitively in textured oils, alcohol ink and mixed media. Every piece is made by hand, from the heart, and meant to remind you of your own strength, warmth and light.
